  • • Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, serving as the first person to solve key operational problems at Cambly
  • • Own HubSpot end-to-end including data model design, pipeline stage configuration, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and third-party integrations
  • • Build and maintain prospecting and lead enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
  • • Implement and optimize call recording and conversation intelligence tools to enhance coaching, pipeline insight, and rep performance
  • • Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle, including lead scoring, automated call summarization, and forecasting enhancements
  • • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor pipeline health, sales rep performance, and forecast accuracy
  • • Diagnose systemic bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable, repeatable processes rather than temporary fixes
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of data, systems, and operational goals
  • • Architect integrated sales technology stacks by connecting HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, conversation intelligence platforms, and AI tools into a cohesive system
  • • Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable guidance for sales reps and leadership
  • • Operate with a builder mentality — thrive in ambiguity, iterate publicly, and default to action when solving unstructured problems
  • • Work in a fast-paced, remote, and distributed environment with global stakeholders
  • • Contribute to scaling the sales operations function as Cambly grows, with potential to evolve into an ops leadership role
  • • Leverage technical skills to troubleshoot automation logic, data integrations, and system failures independently
  • • Maintain accurate and clean sales data across all platforms to support revenue forecasting and strategic decision-making
  • • Utilize no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • • Support both SDR and AE motion workflows with tailored systems and reporting
  • • Take ownership of systems without a pre-existing playbook, creating infrastructure where none currently exists
  • • Continuously improve sales operations through data-driven insights and iterative experimentation

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
  • • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and call recording/conversation intelligence tools
  • • Practical, hands-on experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow
  • • Track record of architecting systems or processes that didn't exist before, from a loose brief
  • • Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, automation logic, troubleshooting your own builds
  • • Proactive, ownership-driven — defaults to action, iterates in the open
