  • • Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, serving as the first person to solve key operational problems at Cambly
  • • Own HubSpot end-to-end including data model design, pipeline stages, automation rules, reporting dashboards, and third-party integrations
  • • Build and maintain prospecting and lead enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
  • • Implement and optimize call recording and conversation intelligence platforms to drive coaching effectiveness and pipeline insights
  • • Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle, including lead scoring, automated call summarization, and forecasting enhancements
  • • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor pipeline health, sales rep performance, and forecast accuracy
  • • Diagnose systemic bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable, repeatable processes rather than temporary fixes
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment and operational consistency across departments
  • • Architect integrated sales technology stacks by connecting HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, conversation intelligence tools, and AI platforms into a unified system
  • • Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable guidance for sales reps and leadership
  • • Operate with a builder mentality — thriving in ambiguity, iterating publicly, and shipping solutions without waiting for perfect specs
  • • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment with a globally distributed team
  • • Contribute to scaling the sales operations function as Cambly grows, with potential to evolve into a leadership role
  • • Maintain and improve data integrity across all sales systems to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
  • • Proactively identify gaps in the sales tech stack and propose innovative solutions using no-code/low-code tools or APIs

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
  • • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call recording/conversation intelligence tools
  • • Practical, hands-on experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow
  • • Track record of architecting systems or processes that didn't exist before, from a loose brief
  • • Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, automation logic, and troubleshooting your own builds
  • • Proactive, ownership-driven — defaults to action and iterates in the open
