  • HVAC Technician role focused on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, ensuring mission-critical infrastructure remains operational for Pearce Services Group, a CBRE subsidiary providing asset management solutions across North America.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC components; conducting performance checks and preventive maintenance; responding to service calls including emergency outages; completing accurate daily work reports; and operating company vehicles safely while traveling to remote sites.
