- • Lead the development, scope definition, and execution of high-visibility, complex, strategic cross-functional programs aligned with the company’s top initiatives.
- • Partner with executive leadership to define program objectives and secure stakeholder and team buy-in across the organization.
- • Create and manage actionable program roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with project and software delivery lifecycles (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
- • Drive program execution by coordinating efforts across Technology, Business Stakeholders, Process, Enterprise Architecture, and Change Enablement teams.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment on program goals.
- • Monitor and evaluate program performance using KPIs, trend data, and objective-to-result comparisons to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- • Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- • Communicate program progress, outcomes, and roadblocks clearly and consistently to executive leadership, association management, and general staff.
- • Champion change management standards in partnership with the Change Enablement team to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- • Supervise and provide technical guidance to professional, technical, and clerical employees in a matrixed organizational structure.
- • Operate with autonomy under general direction from Transformation Management, making independent decisions on program direction and resource allocation.
- • Perform essential office tasks in a typical office setting, including extended periods of sitting, computer use, and desk-based work.
- • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
- • Perform physical duties including occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds.
- • Work during standard business hours with occasional weekend or evening commitments as needed to meet program deadlines.
- • Travel is required for team meetings, stakeholder engagements, and program-related activities.
- • Ensure all program activities support American AgCredit’s mission to serve agriculture and the communities it supports.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of total work experience (including internships)
- • Minimum 7 years of program management experience (including leading on-site consulting teams)
- • Consulting experience
- • Strong history of relationship management
- • MBA, Master’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work history
- • IT Program Management Experience in waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models
