- • Serve as a Commercial Customer Service Trainee handling customer inquiries via telephone, chat, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer service issues accurately and in a timely manner across all communication channels.
- • Educate customers to achieve resolution on the first contact, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and in accordance with company protocols.
- • Participate in a 22-week paid training program from August 17th, with daily hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
- • After training, work rotating weekly shifts that may start as early as 8:00 a.m. EST and end as late as 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
- • Maintain mandatory attendance and punctuality throughout training and ongoing employment.
- • Be available to work overtime as required by business needs.
- • Pass all required testing and evaluations during training and onboarding.
- • Utilize Enterprise-AI approved tools to support customer service operations and identify process improvement opportunities.
- • Work independently under general supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
- • Type and speak simultaneously with clarity and precision while managing customer conversations.
- • Apply exceptional time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to meet performance expectations.
- • Exercise independent, sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Adhere strictly to assigned work schedules and remain flexible to shift rotations.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
