- • Manage existing imaging center accounts and drive growth in current and future markets, with a focus on 70% account retention and 30% new business development.
- • Build and maintain strong, sticky partnerships with imaging centers to enhance customer experience for patients, referring providers, and center staff.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Supply, Market Managers, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery.
- • Monitor and optimize margins to reduce cost per scan across assigned accounts, directly contributing to improved profitability.
- • Prospect, onboard, and integrate new imaging centers to expand network capacity, reduce operational costs, and enter new geographic regions.
- • Sell new products (e.g., Insurance, AI tools) into existing imaging center accounts as they are launched.
- • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and documentation in HubSpot to ensure transparency and continuity across teams.
- • Work with Sales to track scan volume and ensure imaging centers maintain adequate capacity to meet demand.
- • Develop and lead business review meetings with imaging center partners using data-driven reporting to demonstrate value and identify improvement opportunities.
- • Gain deep understanding of the Scan.com business model, end-to-end patient-to-provider scan workflow, and market dynamics.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, legal changes, and key players in the diagnostic imaging and personal injury markets.
- • Partner with imaging center marketing teams to increase utilization rates and drive higher scan volumes.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with imaging center partners in person across assigned regions.
- • Adapt and evolve responsibilities as the company scales, taking on new initiatives aligned with business growth and product expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Account Management, including retention, upselling, and new business development
- • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- • Experience in healthcare or imaging industry preferred
- • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
