- • Create, update, and publish training materials and process documentation for the IFS Cloud platform using the ClickLearn cloud-based training application.
- • Develop multi-format training artefacts including live guidance, manuals, and step-by-step instructions tailored to end-user roles.
- • Administer and maintain the ClickLearn system, supporting other content creators and managing user access and content lifecycle.
- • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
- • Deliver ongoing user coaching and support to drive adoption, engagement, and effective use of the IFS Cloud system.
- • Act as a change agent to promote system adoption across global teams and facilitate smooth transitions during updates or new module rollouts.
- • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules within IFS Cloud.
- • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and system performance monitoring.
- • Analyze large datasets for quality, accuracy, and migration readiness, identifying discrepancies between legacy systems and IFS Cloud.
- • Perform basic data analysis to uncover usage patterns, user feedback, and gaps in training or system configuration.
- • Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes by translating business requirements into functional system configurations.
- • Create and maintain basic system data including custom fields, eForms, and quick reports within IFS Cloud.
- • Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature deployments, ensuring training and documentation align with system changes.
- • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS global support and ClickLearn support teams to resolve technical problems.
- • Stay current with IFS Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve training and system effectiveness.
- • Collaborate with Global Service Team and IT Integrations teams to align training and configuration efforts with operational needs.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for ClickLearn and IFS support teams on technical and content-related matters.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- • Proven experience using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute training and guidance materials
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL for reporting and data analysis
- • Proficient written and spoken English
- • Understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations (desirable)
- • Experience supporting configuration and development of process flows in core business systems, ideally IFS Cloud
