- • Own the AI-enabled revenue forecast model by integrating pipeline, capacity, and enrollment data across all channels to drive development team goal-setting and performance tracking.
- • Synthesize inputs from program, finance, partnerships, and development teams into executive-ready projections and strategic decision materials for leadership.
- • Monitor actuals versus forecasts, surfacing variances early with clear data-driven explanations and actionable next steps.
- • Maintain executive dashboards to provide leadership with a real-time, transparent view of overall revenue health.
- • Support the Managing Director on pricing and packaging analysis by executing data modeling and preparing high-stakes materials for leadership and partner conversations.
- • Serve as the operational link between operations and finance, ensuring all revenue sources are accurately modeled in the forecast.
- • Manage compliance requirements across all revenue sources to ensure adherence to partnership and funder agreements.
- • Monitor program completion rates against deliverables in philanthropic and corporate contracts, flagging variances early to protect funder and partner relationships.
- • Partner with the Learner Financing Specialist and finance team to unify financing data, compliance status, and learner outcomes into a single, cohesive view of revenue health.
- • Own day-to-day governance of Salesforce as the system of record for partner pipeline and revenue, enforcing data entry standards and improving data integrity.
- • Monitor funder/partner health indicators and proactively flag at-risk relationships before they impact revenue forecasts.
- • Support the grant renewal process by ensuring renewal timelines, contract terms, and partner status are tracked accurately and proactively.
- • Continuously improve Salesforce as a forecasting input by identifying gaps between data and organizational knowledge to reduce operational toil for the Development and Partnership Teams.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally to pressure-test learner volume, performance, and program schedules against partnership commitments.
- • Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasting summaries for direct sharing with the leadership team.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and drive operational agility.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building complex model architectures for revenue forecasting and financial tracking.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple analytical workstreams and limited precedent, treating ambiguity as an opportunity to build systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related analytical field
- • Proven track record of independently building, stress-testing, and communicating multi-scenario revenue projections to senior and executive audiences
- • CRM experience — Salesforce strongly preferred — with a track record of enforcing data governance standards across a team, not just day-to-day usage
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex model architecture, combined with demonstrated AI proficiency using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- • Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills with a track record of translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- • Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment and operate comfortably in roles where systems are still being built
🏖️ Benefits
- • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance (100% paid for employee only)
- • Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
- • Unlimited vacation after a 90-day introductory period
- • 401(k) retirement plan with automatic Merit contribution
- • Education and personal development reimbursement and catalog of professional learning courses
- • Home office setup stipend and phone/technology stipend
