  • • Lead enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives to improve operating efficiency, delivery velocity, scalability, and customer impact across technology, product, and operations functions.
  • • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps, measurable milestones, and success metrics aligned with company-wide goals.
  • • Drive transformation initiatives spanning technology enablement, operating model evolution, and process modernization to streamline workflows and enhance execution rigor.
  • • Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders to ensure initiatives are technically feasible, operationally sound, and scalable across the organization.
  • • Apply systems thinking to modernize platforms, delivery models, and cross-functional workflows, removing bottlenecks and improving team effectiveness at scale.
  • • Design and implement future-state operating models that enhance accountability, decision-making, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Serve as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment across domains and resolving conflicts in priorities among senior leaders.
  • • Establish and maintain strong program management discipline, including prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and outcome tracking for high-impact, enterprise-scope initiatives.
  • • Leverage technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering, data, platform, and architecture teams, translating technical complexity into clear operational decisions.
  • • Drive continuous improvement through analytical rigor, focusing on measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, cycle time improvement, quality enhancement, reliability gains, and NPS growth.
  • • Champion process excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized, repeatable solutions that support sustainable operational scale.
  • • Operate with enterprise leverage by reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, enabling rapid decision velocity and cross-functional adoption of transformation programs.
  • • Foster a culture of accountability and execution discipline across teams, ensuring change initiatives are sustained and deliver lasting impact.
  • • Support the modernization of operating models in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment with over 2 million connected providers and 12 billion annual transactions.
  • • Ensure alignment of transformation efforts with Availity’s mission to improve patient care by enhancing communication and collaboration within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to camera-first virtual meeting requirements for all remote interactions to ensure security, engagement, and compliance with company policy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–12+ years of experience in organizational transformation, strategy execution, operations, or technology-enabled change leadership
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred
  • • Proven delivery of cross-functional programs (Ops + Product + Tech) with measurable outcomes in cost, cycle time, quality, reliability, or NPS
  • • Strong background in technology-driven organizations, with healthcare technology experience preferred
  • • Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering, data, platform, and architecture leaders
  • • Executive presence and ability to drive alignment across senior leaders, especially when priorities conflict
