- • Manage the full project life cycle for Contact Center Telephony initiatives, including requirement assessment, project planning, resource allocation, budget management, execution, deployment, and closure.
- • Partner with contact center operations, IT teams, vendors, and business units to oversee the implementation of telephony programs and technology solutions.
- • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and sustainment of new IVR features, telephony tools, and related process enhancements across the organization.
- • Utilize corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies to ensure effective project delivery and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of departmental procedures.
- • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk management plans, and issues logs.
- • Provide leadership and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders and external agencies.
- • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve conflicts, and mitigate project risks.
- • Coordinate cross-functional meetings across multiple business and technical areas to align on objectives and deliverables.
- • Apply functional and technical knowledge across diverse business domains to support project success.
- • Monitor the development and quality of all project deliverables, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
- • Support rollout activities to ensure seamless adoption of new telephony systems and IVR enhancements.
- • Travel approximately 10% to support project needs and stakeholder engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 7+ years of project management experience with departmental-specific projects, including lead or supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams and staff
- • Proficient with MS-Office applications
- • Experience with contact center, telephony, IVR, cloud-based platforms, or related technologies is strongly preferred
- • PMP certification preferred
- • Healthcare experience, particularly in managed care, is preferred
