• • Concrete Estimator Bilingüe Remota (MLB) – A remote role focused on preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for telecommunications infrastructure projects, supporting the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to execution.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates for fiber optic, OSP, ISP, MDU, and telephone exchange projects; developing cost models for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; analyzing drawings, field notes, and technical specifications; preparing and submitting bid documents (RFP, RFQ, RFI); evaluating quotes, identifying risks and value opportunities; supporting project handoffs to construction and operations teams; and validating budgets, costs, and change orders during execution.
