📋 Description

• As a Senior Strategic Services Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment at ClickUp, you will lead high-impact, end-to-end customer engagements that deliver measurable outcomes through agentic automation, partnering with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents that optimize workspaces and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve quality and compliance, and unlock scalable ROI.
• You will operate with high autonomy across complex implementations, balancing strategic advisory (roadmaps, operating models, value realization) with hands-on delivery (configuration, testing, launch, enablement), while shaping how ClickUp scales Certified Agent delivery by creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring others, and feeding product and program insights back into the organization.
• You will join ClickUp, an AI-native company building the future of work through a converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, where every team member is expected to leverage AI daily and AI fluency is evaluated as part of the hiring process.
• In this role, you will learn and achieve mastery in AI agent deployment, enterprise workflow optimization, executive stakeholder management, and scalable services delivery, while contributing to product strategy and mentoring peers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS (Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Technical CSM, or Technical Project/Program Management)
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation (agents, copilots, workflow automation, decisioning) in production environments
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with strong project management and executive communication
• Strong process mapping and solution design skills, translating ambiguous workflows into scalable operating models
• Deep comfort with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in workflow platforms, automation systems, and/or enterprise SaaS tools
• Demonstrated understanding of prompt design, guardrail configuration, and iterative optimization of AI-driven workflows
