- • Lead a global recruiting team focused on hiring top-tier Product and Engineering talent for CrowdStrike, acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor.
- • Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers to meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand future hiring needs and build scalable, global talent acquisition strategies.
- • Define and drive recruiting performance metrics across the team to ensure alignment with business objectives and hiring timelines.
- • Directly source highly specialized, hard-to-find engineering candidates using advanced techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external networks.
- • Craft compelling, targeted email campaigns that communicate CrowdStrike’s technical challenges and innovative culture to attract passive candidates.
- • Champion global process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and operational scalability.
- • Maintain meticulous, accurate records within the company’s ATS to ensure compliance and data integrity throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication at every touchpoint.
- • Assess candidate pools with precision, evaluating technical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential for engineering roles.
- • Operate with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in all recruiting activities.
- • Collaborate directly with hiring managers to deeply understand technical role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve candidate engagement, streamline recruitment workflows, and increase hiring effectiveness.
- • Act as a player/coach by actively participating in sourcing, screening, and closing top engineering talent while managing and developing your team.
- • Work cross-functionally with peers in the global Engineering TA organization to align on best practices, share insights, and drive consistency across regions.
- • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in building pipelines for niche technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- • 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team
- • 7+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast-paced environment
- • Bachelor’s degree and/or related discipline or equivalent industry experience
