📋 Description

• • As Senior E-commerce Category Manager at Emma Matratzen GmbH, you will lead the strategy and execution for key product categories within our global e-commerce portfolio, directly contributing to the growth of the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer insights to optimize category performance, managing product assortment and pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, supply chain, and product development to launch and promote products, and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement in conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
