  • • Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers across Germany to drive sales strategy and achieve regional revenue objectives in the Public- and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • • Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions with the Central European Field Sales Leadership team to align regional goals with corporate priorities.
  • • Communicate and translate corporate strategy into actionable plans for sales teams within the German market.
  • • Direct all aspects of sales operations including pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, customer relationship development, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • • Establish short-term and long-term sales goals, performance metrics, and quotas that align with both corporate targets and regional market dynamics.
  • • Identify and secure necessary resources—people, tools, and support—to execute the German sales strategy effectively.
  • • Qualify and pursue high-value sales opportunities at the executive level within public sector and pharmaceutical accounts in Germany.
  • • Serve as coach, mentor, and educator to Regional Sales Managers, fostering professional growth and high-performance culture.
  • • Select, develop, and evaluate sales personnel to ensure consistent achievement of assigned quotas and organizational objectives.
  • • Maintain direct communication with senior leadership to report on key business developments, risks, and opportunities impacting German market performance.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • • Apply target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques to drive complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of how cybersecurity technologies solve critical business problems for public sector and pharmaceutical clients.
  • • Maintain strong awareness of competitive cybersecurity offerings and market positioning within the German landscape.
  • • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that supports team morale and retention.
  • • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and communications to internal stakeholders and external clients in both German and English.
  • • Manage a team of professional sales employees with accountability for performance, development, and career progression.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience with the German New Business market, particularly within the tech industry
  • • Experience in a first-line sales leadership role with direct people management responsibilities
  • • Demonstrated success as a Regional Sales Director exceeding sales quotas in Germany
  • • Experience selling into Public Sector accounts in Germany
  • • Written and spoken fluency in both German and English
  • • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and competitive landscape
