  • • As the Senior Manager, Learning at Affirm Holdings, Inc., you will be instrumental in reinventing credit by leading and evolving our Manager and Leadership Development practice. This pivotal role is designed for a passionate innovator who will elevate leadership capabilities across the organization, ensuring all people leaders are equipped to drive high-performance teams in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will be a key architect of a "beyond best practice" leadership development strategy, embodying the spirit of collaboration while maintaining the ability to operate as an independent self-starter.
  • • In this multifaceted role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass leading and refining our Leadership Development practice to deliver the right learning at the right time for various leadership levels. You will partner closely with the Director of Learning + Development to craft a comprehensive leadership development strategy for both new and experienced managers and leaders, alongside developing broader learning programming for all employees. A significant focus will be on evolving our manager development programs within our remote-first setting, always prioritizing people. This involves analyzing the current program scope and design, conducting ongoing needs assessments to guide evolution, and taking the lead as a curriculum designer and facilitator for these critical programs.
  • • You will also serve as a cross-functional connector, partnering with various teams across the People Team and the wider organization to drive future programming and learning opportunities. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts throughout Affirm to develop new content and curriculum. When appropriate, you will facilitate or co-facilitate instructor-led training sessions, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences. Your role will involve writing clear and concise communications, developing strategic plans, and drafting other internal content specifically related to leader learning initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining, measuring, and communicating the success metrics for our leadership development efforts, providing data-driven insights into program effectiveness. A key responsibility will be to own and continuously evolve the People Leader Hub, our central resource for all learning and development needs of our people leaders.
