- • Onboard and train new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on outbound sales techniques, CRM usage, and standardized sales processes in a high-volume BPO or call center environment.
- • Coach SDRs and SDR Team Leads on call techniques, messaging frameworks, and objection handling to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- • Develop, update, and maintain clear, actionable training materials including playbooks, SOPs, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules for scalable onboarding and continuous learning.
- • Ensure SDRs consistently follow lead management protocols, outreach sequencing rules, and CRM data hygiene standards to maximize efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- • Monitor SDR performance metrics in real time and deliver targeted, data-driven coaching sessions to address skill gaps and reinforce best practices.
- • Collaborate directly with sales leadership to align training initiatives with KPIs, pipeline targets, and overall sales strategy.
- • Serve as a hands-on player-coach by actively participating in daily sales activities, including outbound calling and lead qualification, to model effective behaviors.
- • Provide ongoing support to SDRs during ramp-up periods to accelerate time-to-productivity and reduce early attrition.
- • Maintain and optimize sales enablement resources to reflect evolving product offerings, market conditions, and feedback from frontline teams.
- • Partner with HR and operations teams to refine hiring criteria and onboarding workflows based on performance data and coaching outcomes.
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate training schedules, share feedback, and manage documentation across distributed teams.
- • Ensure all training and enablement activities comply with the expectations of US- and UK-based client companies served by the BPO model.
- • Track and report on training effectiveness through metrics such as SDR ramp time, call volume, conversion rates, and CRM adoption.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for SDRs seeking clarification on processes, tools, or sales scripts.
- • Identify recurring challenges in the sales process and propose simple, repeatable solutions to improve team-wide performance.
- • Maintain a structured, process-driven approach to all training and enablement activities to ensure consistency across a high-turnover, remote SDR team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in a BPO, call center, or high-volume outbound sales environment
- • Experience coaching or mentoring SDRs (formally or informally)
- • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven sales environments
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
