• • As a Middle Business Analyst at Relatio, you will play a key role in shaping the product by gathering, refining, and translating business requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks for the development team.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with users, stakeholders, and developers to collect and clarify requirements, decomposing tasks, describing functional logic and edge cases, supporting tasks throughout the development lifecycle (planning, syncs, demos), ensuring quality from idea to production, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and internal processes, and contributing to internal and external service integrations.
• • Relatio is a technology company under Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates international product IT companies using venture investment principles. Launched in summer 2023, Relatio has achieved unit economics and is actively scaling, offering employees the chance to become leaders in their domain through initiative and ambition.
