- • As a Business Analyst Senior at Solenis LLC, you will lead strategic digital initiatives that improve processes, drive productivity, and deliver measurable business value across the organization, operating at both strategic and execution levels while working directly with senior leadership.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal digital projects from ideation through execution, leading multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, building and defending business cases tied to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) outcomes, and driving alignment across business units, regions, and P&L leaders within structured governance frameworks.
- • Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions with 78 manufacturing facilities worldwide and over 23,000 employees across six continents, recognized as a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
- • You will develop expertise in project governance, financial alignment, change management, and executive communication while building artifacts such as project charters, workplans, scorecards, and action item lists, and gaining experience in rapid hypothesis testing and scalable initiative deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Experience in SAP
- • Process improvement experience and productivity experience preferred
- • Critical thinking skills including ability to break down complex problems, scope projects in achievable buckets, generate and test hypotheses rapidly, prioritize vital few items, and demonstrate mental agility to adapt quickly to changing situations
- • Ability to organize meetings, create agendas, build prework, facilitate team-driven discussions, and maintain action item lists with clear ownership and deadlines
