- • As a Senior Manager in Business Architecture at The Allstate Corporation, you will lead a team of Business Architects and Senior Consultants to drive the strategic direction and development of the company's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap; collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; spearhead product innovation and growth; monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; evaluate KPIs; and provide mentorship to junior team members to support their career progression.
- • You will be part of Allstate’s enterprise-wide Business Architecture team, working within a complex, innovative organization that has led industry advancements in pricing, telematics, and customer protection for over 90 years, with a mission to protect families and their belongings.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership skills, deepen expertise in enterprise business architecture, drive transformation initiatives, and have the opportunity to influence product innovation and team development across a major national insurance carrier.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience working cross-functionally across business, technology, and product teams in a complex enterprise environment
- • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams or enterprise programs delivering strategic business outcomes
- • Proven people leadership experience, including team development, coaching, and performance management
- • Experience partnering closely with Technology teams, including exposure to emerging technologies such as AI and advanced analytics
- • Prior experience in a Business Architect or Digital Business Architect role, leading capability-driven and outcome-oriented initiatives
- • Experience managing or directly supervising teams, with accountability for delivery, talent development, and operational effectiveness
