  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with colleagues across product management, project delivery, testing, and support teams. This cross-functional teamwork ensures a cohesive approach to customer engagements, from initial sales support and requirements gathering through to successful project delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring that implemented solutions adhere to the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security, which are non-negotiable in the emergency services sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients can maintain operational continuity and meet their critical service level agreements.
  • • This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference. By optimizing control room operations, you will directly contribute to faster response times, improved situational awareness, and ultimately, enhanced public safety across the UK. Your work will have a direct and positive impact on the lives of citizens and the brave men and women who serve them.
  • • You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex system implementations and upgrades, ensuring they maximize the value derived from their investment in NECSWs' Control Room solutions.
  • • The role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, anticipate potential challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of mission-critical control room environments.
  • • You will contribute to pre-sales activities by providing expert input on solution design and customer requirements, helping to shape compelling proposals and demonstrations that showcase the value of NECSWs' offerings.
  • • This position offers the chance to work with leading-edge technology in a sector that is constantly evolving. You will be at the forefront of innovation in public safety communications and command and control systems.
