  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating calendars and preparing meeting materials for leadership, ensuring all appointments are scheduled with clarity and context; tracking tasks, deadlines, and initiative progress using internal trackers to maintain visibility across business development pipelines.
  • • Supporting business development projects through research, documentation, and opportunity identification, while maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and communication logs to uphold operating standards of speed and accuracy.
  • • Executing timely follow-ups and supporting team communications to ensure no lead falls through the cracks, directly contributing to the company’s goal of booking qualified calls and converting leads into customers.
  • • Organizing priorities dynamically in response to shifting leadership demands, demonstrating initiative and speed in task execution while upholding integrity and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
