- • As a Business Development Executive (referred to as Sales Onboarding Specialist in the posting), you will drive customer acquisition by handling inbound and outbound calls to prospects who have downloaded the Tide app but not yet completed signup, guiding them through onboarding and converting them into active members.
- • Day to day, you will walk potential members through the signup process, answer questions, use persuasion skills to build trust, collaborate with the KYC team to verify documentation, troubleshoot issues, and suggest relevant Tide products based on the prospect’s business needs.
- • You will join a fast-growing fintech company serving over 1.8 million SME members globally, with strong presence in India, the UK, Germany, and France, backed by over $300 million in funding and a diverse team of 2,500+ employees across multiple global hubs including Hyderabad.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, sales, and product knowledge skills, gain experience in fintech onboarding and compliance processes, and contribute directly to revenue growth while building expertise in customer-centric service and cross-functional collaboration.
