  • • Identify, prospect, and onboard e-commerce sellers onto the iwocaPay platform to expand access to embedded Trade Credit and BNPL solutions for business customers.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in e-commerce businesses, including founders, owners, and decision-makers, to drive partnership adoption.
  • • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand sellers’ pain points and demonstrate how iwocaPay enhances their offerings by providing flexible payment options to their customers.
  • • Guide sellers through the entire onboarding process, offering ongoing support to ensure seamless integration with iwocaPay’s systems and services.
  • • Stay informed on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine pitching strategies, tailor messaging, and align sales efforts with evolving customer needs.
  • • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to co-develop targeted sales campaigns, create compelling sales collateral, and translate seller feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills over phone and in person, with a focus on delighting customers and building trust through clarity and professionalism.
  • • Utilize AI tools in practical ways—for example, researching prospects, drafting personalized communications, and synthesizing market data—while exercising sound judgment on when and how to apply them.
  • • Exceed KPIs consistently, driving individual and team performance through proactive lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • • Think creatively and empathetically to understand the unique challenges faced by e-commerce sellers and adapt solutions to meet their specific business contexts.
  • • Maintain a growth mindset, continuously seeking to improve performance, learn new skills, and contribute to team development.

  • • Proven experience in business development or consultative sales within e-commerce or fintech
  • • Strong communication and telephone manner with a track record of exceeding KPIs
  • • Ability to explain complex financial products to non-technical stakeholders
  • • Experience using AI tools for prospect research, communication drafting, or market analysis
  • • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and self-improvement
