- • Generate high-quality sales opportunities for the EMEA Enterprise Account Executive team through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- • Qualify sales opportunities with both existing and new accounts, managing a pool of prospects and owning end-to-end prospecting activity.
- • Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers to identify pain points, objectives, and organisational impacts.
- • Research and map prospective accounts’ organisational structures, key contacts, and existing technology stacks to inform targeted outreach.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring all prospect interactions and account details are properly documented.
- • Collaborate weekly with Account Executives to align on strategic account planning and prioritisation of target accounts.
- • Work closely with the Field Marketing team to support account-based marketing campaigns, refine messaging, and leverage ABM leads.
- • Meet daily KPIs for call and email volume, consistently achieving monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.
- • Repurpose sales and marketing copy to tailor messaging for multiple personas, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Stay informed about Redgate’s software solutions and the broader data management and DevOps landscape to articulate value propositions effectively.
- • Contribute to a structured sales academy pathway designed to prepare high-performing representatives for advancement into Account Executive roles.
- • Operate in a collaborative environment built on trust, accountability, and teamwork, with direct exposure to senior sales and marketing leaders.
- • Work in-office one day per week in Cambridge, with the remaining days flexible for remote prospecting and administrative tasks.
- • Drive measurable impact on the EMEA enterprise sales pipeline by consistently delivering qualified opportunities that convert into pipeline growth.
- • Demonstrate achievement-driven motivation, with a clear interest in progressing into a senior sales role through performance and development.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
- • A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and articulate technical information
- • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy for multiple personas
- • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience beneficial)
- • Achievement-driven and motivated by performance rewards, with a desire to progress into an Account Executive or similar role
