- • Serve as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads for Cority’s EHS+ platform, targeting enterprise-level clients in environmental health, safety, quality, and sustainability markets.
- • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage decision-makers at organizations with complex EHS operations, including Fortune 500 companies and large industrial enterprises.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads based on company size, industry vertical, current EHS technology usage, and pain points related to compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- • Utilize CRM tools to accurately log all prospect interactions, track pipeline progress, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- • Research and understand key industry trends in EHS+ technology, regulatory compliance frameworks, and sustainability reporting standards to tailor messaging and demonstrate product relevance.
- • Participate in targeted outreach campaigns aligned with product launches, regional market initiatives, and customer success stories to maximize lead volume and conversion rates.
- • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities while meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation targets and pipeline value goals.
- • Attend industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to identify potential prospects and gather intelligence on market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on prospect objections, common questions, and market insights to improve messaging, content, and product positioning.
- • Stay current on Cority’s EHS+ platform features, including AI-driven analytics, workflow automation, and real-time risk monitoring capabilities, to confidently articulate value propositions to prospects.
- • Work within a collaborative, performance-driven team environment that emphasizes accountability, continuous learning, and shared success.
- • Support regional sales strategies by focusing on North American markets, with potential for expansion into other geographies as the business grows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role
- • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline targets in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level and mid-level executives
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, HubSpot)
- • Understanding of EHS, sustainability, or industrial compliance markets is preferred
- • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
