  • • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a pivotal member of our Sales team, driving the initial stages of our sales funnel and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • • Your primary mission is to generate exceptional outbound leads from Italian SMBs that are actively seeking to enhance their financial organization and are a strong potential fit for Sibill's innovative solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in qualifying potential clients, ensuring that only relevant and promising leads reach the Account Executive team, thereby maximizing their efficiency and success.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will involve identifying and filtering out leads that are not a good fit or are not yet ready for our product, ensuring our sales efforts are focused and effective.
  • • For leads that show potential but are not yet ready to commit, you will be responsible for nurturing these relationships over time, keeping them engaged until the optimal moment for conversion.
  • • This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are motivated by exceeding ambitious targets.
  • • You will engage directly with Italian entrepreneurs, gaining a deep understanding of their unique business challenges and demonstrating how Sibill can provide tangible solutions.

  • • You are expected to be a natural problem-solver, not just an aggressive salesperson, focusing on understanding needs and offering the right solutions.

  • • Fluency in Italian and a genuine interest in working with Italian SMBs are fundamental to success in this role.
  • • While we are open to candidates with 0-2 years of sales experience, a background in SaaS/Tech sales is a plus, but your mindset and potential are our primary considerations.
  • • Your daily activities will include meticulously researching and qualifying outbound leads within the Italian SMB market.
  • • You will conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to effectively engage decision-makers and pique their interest in Sibill.
  • • A core responsibility is to deeply understand the specific needs and pain points of businesses and accurately assess their fit with Sibill's product offering.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Account Executive team, contributing to and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • • A significant outcome of your work will be booking high-quality product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
  • • You will play an active role in refining our outreach strategies by providing feedback and contributing to the improvement of scripts and processes.
  • • You will independently manage your sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent and predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
