• • As a Commercial Counsel in the U.S., you will be an integral part of our Legal Team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and driving the company's complex commercial transactions. This includes a strong focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, intricate licensing deals, and high-stakes strategic partnerships. You will be instrumental in guiding ElevenLabs through the dynamic and often complex legal and regulatory landscapes inherent in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance while facilitating aggressive growth.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating closely with our global colleagues, providing astute, practical, and business-oriented legal advice. This advice will be crucial in enabling sustained growth and effectively managing risks across multiple international jurisdictions. You will be a key advisor to our sales, business development, and operations teams, helping them design and implement innovative strategies that fuel our high-growth go-to-market initiatives. This involves not just reactive legal support but proactive engagement in shaping business strategies.

You will actively monitor and interpret new frameworks related to data protection, technology, and artificial intelligence, applying this knowledge to refine contract drafting and conduct thorough risk assessments.
