- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ben Technologies Inc., you will be a crucial player within our dynamic commercial engine, driving top-of-funnel activity to fuel our growth. Your primary mission is to engage prospective customers, ignite their interest in Ben's innovative benefits platform, and skillfully set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. - • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of proactive sales development activities. You will meticulously research the market, leveraging advanced prospecting and research tools to identify, target, and qualify potential clients that align with Ben's ideal customer profile. This involves understanding the competitive landscape and pinpointing opportunities where Ben's unique value proposition can make a significant impact. A key part of your role will be to execute outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for crafting compelling outreach messages, personalizing your approach based on prospect research, and continuously iterating on these strategies to optimize lead generation. Your ability to understand customer needs will be paramount; you will gather essential prospect information, articulate Ben's value, and generate genuine interest, thereby bringing high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline. A significant outcome of your efforts will be booking qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, directly contributing to revenue generation. You will be expected to deliver consistent results, actively pursuing both individual and team goals, and working diligently towards achieving monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
