- • We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This pivotal role is designed to be the engine for pipeline growth, focusing on identifying and engaging potential clients who can significantly benefit from our flexible equipment leasing and financing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust outbound sales acumen, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to clearly articulate the compelling financial and operational advantages of integrating BotCrew's innovative equipment into their operations.
- • As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously identify and prospect a wide range of potential clients. This includes construction companies of all sizes, specialized contractors, subcontractors, and major infrastructure firms that have a demonstrable need for heavy equipment. Your proactive approach will involve conducting high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels – including direct calls, targeted emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn – with the ultimate goal of generating a consistent stream of qualified opportunities.
- • To ensure maximum effectiveness, you will be expected to conduct thorough research into potential clients' project pipelines, upcoming bid announcements, and general construction activity. This diligent research will enable you to pinpoint the most promising leads and tailor your outreach effectively. A key aspect of this role involves rigorously qualifying prospects. You will assess their specific equipment needs, understand their project timelines, evaluate their financial capacity for leasing or financing, and determine their overall suitability for our flexible equipment solutions.
- • Your ownership of the customer journey will extend all the way to successfully booking a demo for our sales team. This requires not only identifying needs but also building initial rapport and demonstrating the value proposition of BotCrew's offerings. Maintaining meticulous records of all prospect interactions, tracking pipeline activity, and accurately updating deal stages within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are critical for team alignment and strategic planning.

You will be responsible for tracking your outreach performance metrics, analyzing the data, and proactively refining your targeting strategies to optimize results. Furthermore, your insights will be invaluable to our marketing and sales leadership.
