  • • Infiterra Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding Sales team in the United States. This is a critical, remote-first role focused on strategic pipeline development within our key market segments: IT Distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telcos. As a globally recognized leader in subscription commerce, Infiterra empowers these partners to thrive in the subscription economy through our innovative platform that automates and unifies subscription workflows from quote to bill, driving significant operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and scalable growth.
  • • In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging prospective clients that align with Infiterra’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Your primary objective will be to generate qualified meetings by meticulously researching target accounts, identifying key buying personas within those organizations, and developing strategic outreach campaigns. You will operate within a structured pod model, collaborating closely with dedicated Account Executives (AEs) to build a robust sales pipeline and directly contribute to Infiterra's revenue growth. This position is perfectly suited for a sales professional at the beginning of their career who possesses strong commercial acumen, digital fluency, and a data-driven approach, and who is eager to develop their skills within a high-performance SaaS environment.
  • • **Strategic Prospecting & Account Engagement:**
  • • You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing target accounts within the IT Distributor, MSP, and Telco sectors that precisely match Infiterra’s ICP. This involves a deep understanding of our market and the specific needs of these partner types.
  • • Conduct thorough, structured research to map out the buying committees and identify the key decision-makers and influencers within each target account. This requires a proactive and investigative approach to uncover critical information.
  • • Initiate engagement with prospects through a disciplined, multi-channel outbound strategy. This includes leveraging email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and modern prospecting platforms to create initial touchpoints and build rapport.
  • • The ultimate goal of your outreach is to secure qualified discovery meetings that meet our defined Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria, ensuring that we are engaging with genuinely interested and viable prospects.
  • • **Pod-Based Collaboration:**
  • • You will work in close partnership with your assigned Account Executives, contributing to the development and execution of account strategies. This collaborative approach ensures alignment and maximizes our chances of success.
  • • Actively contribute valuable intelligence gathered during your prospecting efforts regarding account dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and market trends to your AE and the wider sales team.
  • • Maintain structured and consistent follow-up cadences with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize account penetration, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • • **Tech-Enabled & AI-Driven Prospecting:**
  • • Effectively leverage our core technology stack, including CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various sales engagement tools, to execute and optimize your outreach activities.
  • • Utilize cutting-edge AI-based prospecting, research, and personalization tools to significantly increase response rates and conversion rates, making your outreach more effective and efficient.
  • • Continuously test, analyze, and refine your outreach strategies based on performance data. This data-driven approach is crucial for ongoing improvement and success.
  • • Maintain meticulous, accurate, and complete records within our CRM system to ensure transparency in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • • **Performance Management & Reporting:**
  • • Align your daily activities and efforts with the overarching Sales team and company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure contribution to strategic goals.
  • • Diligently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of meetings booked, SQLs created, and conversion rates, providing clear visibility into your progress.
  • • Actively participate in structured weekly check-ins and performance reviews, embracing feedback and opportunities for development.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales function, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the team's overall performance.
  • • **Continuous Learning & Product Mastery:**
  • • Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Infiterra’s platform capabilities, unique value propositions, and competitive advantages.
  • • Develop a strong understanding of subscription commerce business models, industry trends, and the specific challenges and opportunities faced by our target partners.
  • • Actively participate in formal enablement programs, ongoing sales training, and self-directed learning to enhance your skills and product expertise.
  • • This role is an exceptional opportunity to launch or accelerate your career in SaaS sales within a globally recognized, high-growth organization. You will be part of a structured sales function with clear processes and defined growth paths, offering the potential to evolve into closing responsibilities over time. We foster an international, collaborative, and remote-first working environment where innovation and operational excellence are paramount. If you are a performance-oriented, curious, and coachable individual ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
