Infiterra empowers IT distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telcos to thrive in the dynamic subscription economy by automating and unifying their entire subscription workflow, from the initial quote through to the final bill. Our innovative platform drives significant operational efficiencies, ensures unparalleled billing accuracy, and facilitates scalable growth for our partners.
- • As a key member of our expanding Sales team, you will play an instrumental role in executing our ambitious FY26 growth strategy. Your primary mission will be to generate high-quality, qualified meetings with prospective clients who align with Infiterra’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This involves meticulously identifying relevant buying personas within target organizations and cultivating strategic engagement within named accounts.
- • Operating within a highly structured and collaborative pod model, you will work in tandem with seasoned Account Executives (AEs). Your contributions will be direct and impactful, forming the bedrock of pipeline creation and fueling Infiterra's revenue growth. This role is meticulously designed for individuals possessing strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital technologies, and a rigorously data-driven approach to prospecting and outreach.
- • This position is an exceptional launchpad for motivated sales professionals at the early stages of their careers. If you are driven, eager to learn, and aspire to develop your skills within a high-performance SaaS organization renowned for its innovation and excellence, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
- • **Strategic Prospecting & Account Engagement:** Your day-to-day will involve identifying and meticulously prioritizing accounts that perfectly match our ICP, focusing on IT Distributors, MSPs, and Telcos. You will conduct in-depth, structured research to accurately map out buying committees and pinpoint key decision-makers within these organizations. Your engagement strategy will be disciplined and multi-channel, leveraging email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and cutting-edge prospecting platforms to initiate contact and build rapport.
- • **Securing Qualified Meetings:** A core responsibility is to successfully secure qualified discovery meetings that meet our stringent Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria. This requires a keen understanding of prospect needs and the ability to articulate Infiterra's value proposition effectively.
- • **Pod-Based Collaboration:** You will foster a close partnership with your assigned Account Executives, working collaboratively to define and execute sophisticated account strategies. Your insights into account dynamics and stakeholder engagement will be invaluable. You will also maintain structured follow-up cadences to ensure maximum account penetration and consistent engagement.
- • **Tech-Enabled & AI-Driven Prospecting:** Embrace the future of sales by leveraging our robust tech stack, including CRM platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced sales engagement tools. You will be at the forefront of utilizing AI-based prospecting, research, and personalization tools to significantly enhance response and conversion rates. A critical aspect of this role is the continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of outreach strategies based on performance data, ensuring we remain agile and effective.
- • **Data Integrity and Transparency:** Maintaining accurate and complete CRM records is paramount. This ensures robust forecasting capabilities and complete pipeline transparency, allowing for informed strategic decisions.
- • **Performance Management & Reporting:** Your activities will be directly aligned with the Sales team's and the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will diligently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of meetings booked, SQLs generated, and conversion rates. Regular participation in structured weekly check-ins and performance reviews will be expected, alongside contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales function.
- • **Continuous Learning & Product Mastery:** Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Infiterra’s platform capabilities, unique value propositions, and competitive advantages.
