- • Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region at Optro Inc., a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform serving over 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10. This remote role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying and creating qualified sales opportunities, directly supporting the company’s mission to expand its market presence and fuel its seventh consecutive year as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America, as ranked by Deloitte.
- • The BDR serves as the initial face of Optro in the DACH market, partnering with Account Executives to generate new business, manage outbound campaigns, and build relationships with key decision-makers. Success in this role contributes directly to revenue growth and offers a clear path for advancement within a high-performing, values-driven sales organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making 50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails daily using sales technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and UserGems. The BDR manages named accounts, owns their territory, maintains data integrity in Salesforce, supports marketing demand generation efforts, and strives to exceed weekly and monthly metrics on activities, meetings set, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.
- • The role involves collaborating with Account Executives to assist with product demos, developing and optimizing sales pipelines, and executing pursuit strategies focused on key decision-makers. BDRs are expected to think strategically, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a disciplined, high-energy approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- • Optro’s DACH team is primarily based in the Munich region, with periodic in-person meetups despite the remote nature of the role.
