📋 Description
- • Serve as a core member of Prelude’s Sales team, driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospects across Europe and the US.
- • Target decision-makers at fast-growing companies including procurement managers, lead engineers, heads of anti-fraud, platform owners, CTOs, CPOs, and CEOs.
- • Generate qualified sales pipelines through cold calling, cold emailing, and experimentation with additional outreach channels.
- • Qualify leads by assessing company needs, technical requirements, and alignment with Prelude’s authentication platform.
- • Pitch Prelude’s value proposition centered on high-conversion, low-cost OTP delivery via optimized SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels while blocking spam and fraud.
- • Independently close smaller deals without direct AE support, owning the full sales lifecycle for targeted accounts.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and fellow Business Development Representatives to align on strategy, share insights, and scale outreach efforts.
- • Continuously refine and improve lead generation processes as the company scales, leveraging data and feedback to optimize outreach tactics.
- • Maintain and update CRM records accurately using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, or Kaspr to track engagement and pipeline progress.
- • Operate in a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in the Paris office and 1 day remotely, with an additional 4 weeks of remote work annually.
- • Participate in company-wide initiatives including an annual offsite (e.g., previous event in Le Pradet) and contribute to a culture of ownership, speed, and quality.
- • Work in a flat organizational structure where ideas move quickly, decisions are grounded in real-world testing, and teams take full responsibility for outcomes.
- • Engage with a product that transforms authentication from a cost center into a growth lever, serving global companies with mission-critical user onboarding infrastructure.
- • Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment where curiosity, coachability, and a bias for action are core to daily work.
- • Fluently sell a technical B2B product in English to diverse stakeholders across industries and organizational levels.

- • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales
- • Proven ability to cold call and email prospects to generate qualified leads
- • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, or Kaspr
- • Fluency in English for selling a technical product
- • Self-directed, resourceful, and collaborative mindset
