- • Serve as a Business Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue by building pipeline for Vanta’s Growth/Commercial+ segment, with a focus on outbound sales activities.
- • Master Vanta’s value proposition and product offerings to effectively communicate with prospects in a competitive trust and security software market.
- • Identify strategic accounts using sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and 6Sense to target high-potential customers as Vanta moves up market.
- • Develop and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences in Outreach to maximize outreach efficiency across email, phone, and social channels.
- • Conduct cold calling as a core daily activity, maintaining a minimum of 120 sales activities per day with discipline and self-motivation.
- • Coordinate and schedule meetings with Account Executives, ensuring accurate logging of all prospect interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- • Respond to and overcome objections with strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, adapting messaging to prospect needs.
- • Apply a strategic mindset to prioritize accounts and tailor outreach approaches based on account characteristics and buying signals.
- • Embrace a multichannel prospecting methodology, integrating email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- • Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, improve outreach quality, and amplify results while maintaining ethical and effective practices.
- • Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to refine strategies in response to changing prospect behaviors, market dynamics, or internal feedback.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
- • Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and accountability in all customer-facing interactions and internal reporting.
- • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and enablement programs designed to accelerate career growth within Vanta’s sales organization.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and performance excellence in a rapidly scaling, profitable company with strong NPS scores.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in German
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed daily activity targets (minimum 120 activities/day)
- • Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms
- • Strong cold calling skills and enthusiasm for direct outreach to prospects
- • Ability to work autonomously with a disciplined, results-driven work ethic
- • Willingness to use AI tools to improve efficiency and impact in sales workflows
