- • Be the tip of the spear in Odaseva’s European expansion: as our first German-speaking Business Development Representative you will own the top-of-funnel for the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), generating qualified meetings that turn into multi-million-euro enterprise deals for the fastest-growing data-protection platform built natively on Salesforce.
- • Own a clearly defined territory and quota: every month you will map, research, and prioritise Fortune-500 accounts, public-sector bodies and global NGOs, running 80-100 high-quality outbound touches per day across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events to secure 15–20 net-new meetings that convert to pipeline worth €3–5 M per quarter.
- • Master the art of executive-level conversation: you will translate complex data-resilience, compliance and privacy pain points into crisp value propositions for CISOs, CIOs and Data Protection Officers, using Odaseva battle-cards, ROI models and customer success stories to open doors that competitors cannot.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineers in Munich, Paris and San Francisco; you will brief them on stakeholder maps, buying centres and political dynamics before every meeting, ensuring flawless follow-up and 40 % faster sales-cycle velocity.
- • Build and maintain a pristine Salesforce instance: every call, email, campaign response and meeting outcome will be logged in real time, giving leadership full transparency into conversion rates, pipeline health and forecast accuracy while fuelling AI-driven coaching insights for your own career growth.
- • Experiment relentlessly: you will A/B-test messaging, sequences, and event tactics, feeding results back to Marketing and Product so that Odaseva’s global demand engine evolves faster than the market.
- • Travel locally and internationally: expect to represent Odaseva at flagship Salesforce World Tours, CISO roundtables and industry summits across Berlin, Zurich and Vienna—turning brief hallway conversations into strategic opportunities.
- • Embrace a culture of Kaizen: weekly 1:1s, peer shadowing and quarterly “Win/Learn/Change” reviews will sharpen your discovery, objection-handling and closing skills, preparing you for rapid promotion into an Account Executive or vertical-specialist role within 18–24 months.
