  • • Join Experian plc as a Business Development Representative and become the first point of contact for prospects across North America, EMEA and APAC. You will own the top-of-funnel pipeline for our flagship Decision Analytics, Fraud & Identity, and Marketing Services suites, initiating high-value conversations with C-suite, VP and Director-level buyers in financial services, healthcare, retail and automotive verticals.
  • • Own a territory of 300–500 named accounts, researching each organization’s strategic priorities, competitive pressures and technology stack. You will leverage Experian’s proprietary intent data, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to build laser-focused outreach sequences that speak directly to a prospect’s pain points and growth objectives.
  • • Generate 40–60 qualified meetings per quarter through a disciplined cadence of calls, emails, video messages and social touches. You will be measured on SQL volume, pipeline value and conversion to closed-won revenue, with uncapped accelerators once you exceed 110 % of goal.
  • • Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Solution Consultants and Customer Success to craft multi-threaded engagement plans. You will map buying committees, identify champions and economic buyers, and ensure every meeting is pre-briefed with tailored discovery questions and a crisp value hypothesis.
  • • Master and articulate Experian’s end-to-end value proposition: how our credit risk models reduce default rates by up to 25 %, how our fraud prevention platform blocks 95 % of synthetic identities in real time, and how our marketing audiences increase campaign ROI by 30 %. You will translate complex data science into business outcomes that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Maintain pristine data hygiene in Salesforce, logging every activity, contact and opportunity within 24 hours. You will build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into funnel health and proactively flag stalled deals for executive escalation.
  • • Experiment continuously with messaging, channel mix and call scripts. You will A/B test subject lines, leverage Gong to analyze talk tracks, and share winning plays in weekly “Prospecting Power Hour” sessions that elevate the entire BDR organization.
  • • Contribute to strategic campaigns such as product launches, vertical microsites and executive events. You will secure webinar attendees, coordinate VIP dinners and follow up with personalized content that nurtures prospects through the entire buyer’s journey.
  • • Act as the voice of the market by capturing competitive intelligence and product feedback. You will surface insights to Product Marketing that influence roadmap decisions and pricing strategy, ensuring Experian stays ahead of emerging threats and customer demands.
  • • Progress along a clearly defined career path: top performers are promoted to Senior BDR within 12 months, then to Commercial AE or Strategic AE roles with six-figure OTE. You will receive quarterly coaching from VPs and have access to a global mentorship network spanning London, SĂŁo Paulo and Singapore.
  • • Work 100 % remote with quarterly travel to Experian’s innovation labs in Costa Mesa, London or SĂŁo Paulo for in-person training, team building and executive roundtables. You will enjoy flexible hours across US, EMEA or APAC time zones, asynchronous collaboration via Slack and Miro, and a culture that prizes outcomes over optics.
