📋 Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting technology-focused B2B and B2C organizations to generate qualified pipeline for SaaS and digital platform solutions.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying decision-makers and influencers across technical and business functions.
  • Communicate the value of technology-driven products and services clearly to both non-technical and technical audiences, tailoring messaging to stakeholder roles.
  • Schedule high-quality, qualified meetings for Account Executives by advancing conversations from initial outreach to confirmed appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, improve messaging alignment, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales funnel.
  • Utilize sales engagement platforms and CRM tools to manage outreach sequences, track interactions, and measure response rates.
  • Engage with prospects primarily based in the US and UK markets, requiring familiarity with regional business practices and communication norms.
  • Work remotely in alignment with US time zones (EST–PST), ensuring availability during core business hours for meetings and team collaboration.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with target accounts and key decision-makers in technology sectors.
  • Adapt prospecting strategies based on feedback from Account Executives and marketing insights to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Demonstrate consistent follow-up discipline and persistence in a high-volume, fast-paced outbound sales environment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in SaaS, digital platforms, and technology-enabled services to enhance credibility and relevance during prospect conversations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and sales ethics standards when handling prospect information and communications.
  • Participate in regular team syncs, training sessions, and performance reviews to support personal development and team goals.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all written and verbal communications, including emails, voicemails, and video calls.
  • Track and report key metrics such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and pipeline generated to support performance evaluation.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining highly responsive to team needs and managerial feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by sharing insights from frontline prospecting experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales within technology, SaaS, or digital services environments
  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and advance sales conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
