Business Development Supervisor

📋 Description

• • As a Business Development Supervisor at Tide Platform Limited, you will lead and develop a hybrid acquisition team focused on telephone-based sales to convert prospective SMEs into fully onboarded Tide Members, driving revenue growth and operational excellence in Berlin with hybrid working (2–3 office days per week).
• • You will set and drive KPIs aligned with revenue and OKRs, coach team members through call listening and feedback, foster a high-energy accountable culture, own outbound sales strategy, optimize call approaches and objection handling, and support field and event activities when required.
• • Tide is transforming small business banking with over 1.8 million members globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France, offering business accounts and connected administrative solutions like invoicing and accounting, backed by over $300 million in funding and a diverse team of 2,500+ employees across multiple global offices.
• • You will build clear processes and workflows, use data to identify gaps and improve results, run test-and-learn initiatives, ensure compliant customer interactions, partner with KYC and Compliance teams, collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximize lead ROI and share market insights, and develop leadership skills in a fast-moving fintech environment while contributing to Tide’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money.
