- • Lead one of the Client Experience teams at Hearts, managing a mix of key client accounts including Tropicana, Naked smoothies, Opella, Co Op Bank, TK Maxx, Homesense, and Yakult.
- • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence.
- • Develop and orchestrate long-term client relationships, owning the client development plan in collaboration with the Client Partner.
- • Shape and communicate client experience both internally within the agency and externally within the client community.
- • Act as an ambassador for the agency, building and maintaining high-level relationships with clients and representing Hearts & Science in client-facing interactions.
- • Provide air cover and active involvement in critical client projects, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.
- • Operate effectively across horizontal and vertical levels, collaborating with Client Experience peers and integrating with all other Hearts specialists including media planning, creative, and data teams.
- • Deliver best-in-class media planning, creative ideas, and effective campaigns across diverse categories including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, and beverages.
- • Challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative solutions to address client business challenges.
- • Manage, mentor, and develop a team, fostering growth, retention, and high performance.
- • Leverage the diversity of client portfolios to build cross-category expertise and apply insights from one brand to another, avoiding siloed thinking.
- • Ensure all client deliverables are aligned with agency values of challenging conventions, collaboration, and positivity.
- • Maintain transparency and ethical media practices in all client engagements, adhering to data governance standards.
- • Balance strategic client development with tactical account management, ensuring both immediate needs and long-term growth are addressed.
- • Work within a hybrid model: three days in the London office, two days remote, with flexible hours around core hours of 10:30–16:30.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable experience as a skilled client operator delivering best-in-class client experience
- • Proven track record in media planning, creative campaign development, and effective campaign execution
- • Experience managing and developing a team in an agency environment
- • Strong knowledge of client business challenges and ability to challenge industry conventions
- • Skilled project manager with ability to coordinate responses across multiple agency functions
- • Experience working with major brands across diverse categories such as FMCG, retail, or pharmaceuticals
