  • • Own Paddle's paid social programme end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Influ2.
  • • Develop and maintain a robust audience framework focused on reaching and engaging the right companies and personas across paid social platforms.
  • • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through paid social by building targeted campaigns that move high-value accounts through the funnel from awareness to pipeline acceleration.
  • • Partner with the Revenue Marketing team to translate integrated campaign strategies into high-performing paid social programmes, ensuring alignment in messaging, timing, and targeting.
  • • Collaborate with the organic social team to align paid and organic strategies, share audience insights, and amplify high-performing content through paid channels.
  • • Lead creative experimentation by defining optimal ad formats per platform and goal — including video, carousel, document ads, thought leadership ads, and conversation ads — and running rigorous, ongoing tests to improve performance.
  • • Own attribution and reporting by tracking key metrics such as impressions, engagement, CPL, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue influence, and delivering clear, regular updates that connect paid social spend to business outcomes.
  • • Manage budget with precision, forecasting spend and efficiency metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) across campaigns, platforms, and markets, and making data-driven recommendations on budget allocation.
  • • Monitor platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends, and proactively bring forward-looking recommendations to the team.
  • • Use AI tools to accelerate research, copy generation, reporting, and creative optimisation without compromising quality.
  • • Work autonomously in a fast-moving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple campaigns and markets.
  • • Collaborate seamlessly with Revenue Marketing, ABM, Content, Brand, Sales, and Organic Social teams to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing efforts.
  • • Apply analytical rigour to test creative hypotheses and translate campaign data into actionable insights communicated effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring all paid social activities directly contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • • Stay deeply familiar with Person-Based Advertising and ABM strategies, with proven experience in executing paid social campaigns that influence high-value account progression.
  • • Demonstrate expertise in managing significant paid social budgets with accuracy and confidence across multiple platforms and geographies.
  • • Bring creative instincts backed by structured experimentation to develop compelling B2B ad creative that resonates with target audiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid social campaigns at scale across LinkedIn Ads and other social platforms
  • • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through paid social
  • • Experience with Influ2 and deep understanding of Person-Based Advertising and ABM strategies
  • • Comfortable managing significant paid social budgets with precision and making data-driven allocation decisions
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Revenue Marketing, ABM, Content, Brand, Sales, and Organic Social teams
  • • Proficiency in using AI tools for research, copy generation, reporting, and creative optimisation
