- • Manage the end-to-end account handover process between Field/Mid-Market Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers to ensure seamless transitions and operational consistency.
- • Conduct quality assurance checks on account handovers to identify gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and improve transition outcomes.
- • Maintain, update, and standardize all documentation and workflows related to account handover procedures across sales and customer success teams.
- • Perform data cleansing and analysis to support the design, execution, and optimization of sales incentive programs for the SME sales team.
- • Communicate incentive structures, eligibility criteria, and program updates clearly and consistently to Field/Mid-Market Account Executives.
- • Monitor performance metrics of incentive programs and deliver actionable reports on effectiveness, ROI, and team adoption.
- • Develop and maintain clear, standardized documentation for all incentive schemes to ensure alignment and transparency across sales, finance, and HR teams.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Marketing to design incentive programs that directly support business growth objectives.
- • Prepare, update, and distribute client-facing materials such as sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports to enable the sales team in client engagements.
- • Ensure all client-facing materials are accurate, branded, and aligned with current product offerings and pricing structures.
- • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to track activity, manage data integrity, and support sales forecasting.
- • Use analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract insights, automate reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- • Work cross-functionally to identify operational inefficiencies in revenue processes and propose scalable solutions that improve speed and accuracy.
- • Act as a key liaison between sales operations, finance, and customer success to align incentives, reporting, and account management practices.
- • Apply AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate reporting cycles across revenue operations functions.
- • Maintain a high standard of detail orientation and organizational rigor in all documentation, data inputs, and process updates.
- • Drive continuous improvement in revenue operations by gathering feedback from field teams and iterating on processes to enhance adoption and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
- • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- • Experience in a large-scale technology or financial services company is highly preferred
- • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
