• • As a Business Expert - Executive Leadership on the Human Data Team at xAI Corporation, you will contribute to creating cutting-edge datasets that advance Grok’s capabilities by applying your executive leadership expertise to real-world business scenarios.
• • Day to day, you will work on executive leadership problems from real-world business scenarios, providing accurate solutions, detailed annotations, and model critiques—such as evaluating board governance decisions, enterprise transformation roadmaps, M&A integration plans, and strategic resource allocation—while utilizing proprietary software to label and annotate data in multiple formats.
• • You will collaborate closely with technical staff to improve the design of efficient annotation tools and interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, maintaining precision and adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
