• • As a Business Expert - Facilities & Real Estate on the Human Data Team at xAI Corporation, you will contribute to creating cutting-edge datasets that advance Grok’s AI capabilities by applying your expertise in facilities management, property operations, and real estate strategy to label and annotate complex business scenarios.
• • Day to day, you will work on real-world facilities and real estate problems such as lease negotiation, portfolio management, capital project planning, space utilization analysis, and property due diligence, providing accurate solutions, detailed annotations, and model critiques using proprietary software while collaborating with technical staff to improve annotation tools.
