- • As a Business Expert - Human Resources & Talent at xAI Corporation, you will contribute to creating cutting-edge datasets that advance Grok’s capabilities by applying your HR expertise to real-world business scenarios, directly supporting the training of advanced AI systems through data labeling and annotation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working on HR and talent problems from authentic business cases—such as talent acquisition strategy, compensation benchmarking, performance management design, employee relations, and organizational design—providing accurate solutions, detailed annotations, and model critiques using proprietary software.
- • You will collaborate closely with technical staff to improve annotation tools and processes, interpret and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, and maintain precision and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- • xAI operates with a flat organizational structure where initiative and excellence are rewarded; you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the mission of building AI that understands the universe, while developing your skills in AI data generation, cross-functional collaboration, and applying HR knowledge in novel technological contexts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of practical HR or talent experience in hands-on roles such as talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, or HR business partnering.
- • Proficiency with HRIS and talent platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR) and compensation tools (e.g., Radford, Payscale).
- • Strong judgment in evaluating sensitive people issues, policy decisions, and organizational dynamics, including the ability to navigate employment laws, compensation benchmarks, employee handbooks, and engagement survey data.
- • Excellent reading and writing skills in informal and professional English, combined with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- • Passion for technological advancements and innovation in business, with the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment using limited data.
