• • The Business Finance Specialist (Unsecured) role at Tide Platform Limited is a customer-facing position within the Sales Team focused on helping UK SMEs access appropriate financing solutions through Funding Options, a Tide partner. The role is critical to Tide’s mission of saving businesses time and money by enabling them to secure the right finance quickly and confidently, supporting their growth and trading activities.
• • Day to day, the specialist will contact and engage small business customers through their finance application process, build and maintain relationships with commercial lending partners, articulate the Funding Options proposition clearly, conduct outbound prospecting from the CRM, collaborate with the Lead Generation team, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, monitor market trends, and share success stories internally to drive organisational learning and performance.
