• • Day to day, the role involves leading and coaching a high-performing business development team, identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with banks, wealth managers, brokers, DSAs, and financial intermediaries, driving lead generation and revenue growth through multiple channels, owning revenue strategy and execution, leading commercial negotiations, collaborating with legal, product, and compliance teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, tracking team and partnership performance, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance adherence.
