• • This is a unique opportunity to own the entire data lifecycle end-to-end. Unlike roles in larger organizations where responsibilities are siloed, you will have complete autonomy from data extraction and meticulous cleaning to sophisticated transformation, robust modeling, and the creation of compelling, insightful dashboards. You will be the architect of our clients' data-driven strategies, ensuring they have a single source of operational truth derived from fragmented and often messy data sources spread across disparate tools and systems.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to illuminate the path for our clients' high-stakes decisions, which are often made in the dark. You will identify critical data points, devise methods for their acquisition, ensure their integrity through rigorous cleaning and structuring, and ultimately deliver clear, actionable insights through intuitive visualizations. This role demands more than just report generation; it requires you to act as a strategic data partner. You will delve into business challenges, trace them back to their underlying data, and present solutions that fundamentally alter how leadership operates and perceives their business.

• • In this role, you will also be instrumental in layering in automation and AI capabilities to enhance data intelligence, ensure freshness, and reduce reliance on manual processes. You will be embedded in multiple client engagements concurrently, taking full ownership of the data function for each. This involves identifying what data is truly important, figuring out how to access it, preparing it for analysis, and delivering dashboards and insights that provide decision-makers with a crystal-clear picture of their business performance and strategic imperatives.

• • We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of full data lifecycle ownership – encompassing extraction, cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization. Specialization in only one area is not what we're looking for; we need a holistic understanding and hands-on experience across the entire pipeline. A strong builder mentality is essential; you won't wait for others to set up data pipelines – you'll construct, manage, and optimize them yourself. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders is paramount. You must possess the autonomy to identify data needs, procure the necessary information, and deliver solutions without constant oversight, coupled with a deep curiosity to explore and apply new tools, automation techniques, and AI capabilities.
• • Excellent communication skills are vital for presenting findings effectively to diverse audiences. While client-facing experience is a significant plus, it is not a strict requirement. Professional English fluency, at a minimum B2 level, is mandatory. We value practical application and problem-solving prowess far more than a checklist of specific tools. We encourage candidates to share portfolios or work samples that showcase their capabilities, such as a dashboard they've built, a pipeline they've designed, or a data project that yielded a tangible business outcome.
