- • This role sits at a dynamic intersection, bridging data infrastructure, business intelligence, and revenue operations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics solutions, comprehensive dashboards, and sophisticated revenue intelligence capabilities. Your work will empower stakeholders across the organization with the data they need to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and identify new opportunities.
- • You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable BI solutions. This involves understanding the needs of our revenue, sales, marketing, and product teams, and then architecting and building the reports, dashboards, and analytical models that address these needs effectively. - • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand data models, schemas, and data dictionaries. You will ensure that our data infrastructure supports the analytical needs of the business and contribute to the design of new data structures or enhancements to existing ones.
- • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions, investigate trends, and support strategic initiatives. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly pivot and address emerging data needs.
- • Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, data models, and processes. Clear and comprehensive documentation is essential for knowledge sharing, training, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our BI assets.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of BI projects and delivered insights.

- • Hands-on experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense) for dashboard development and reporting.
- • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
