📋 Description

• • Design, develop, and implement scalable Power BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models to meet business requirements for Provider Programs.
• • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power BI visualizations.
• • Build and maintain robust data models in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• • Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud platforms, using Power Query and DAX for transformation and analysis.
• • Develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards in alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• • Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions to resolve issues related to data refresh, performance bottlenecks, and user access.
• • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including data models, workflows, and end-user guides.
• • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to drive adoption and effective utilization of Power BI tools.
• • Ensure all BI activities comply with data governance, security, and privacy policies, including HIPAA and PHI protection requirements.
• • Continuously evaluate and implement new Power BI features and platform updates to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.
• • Work from a dedicated, interruption-free space to safeguard member PHI and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• • Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required for training or meetings.
• • Use of HireVue interviewing technology is part of the hiring process to assess skills and experience.
• • Internet service must meet minimum requirements of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite, cellular, or microwave connections require leadership approval.
• • Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi-weekly internet expense stipend.
